Sunningdale Park, Ascot (Berkshire)

I found the hotel to be cozy and clean, with friendly staff, but it could use some updates. The location was convenient for the Ascot racecourse, but the decor was a bit tired. The dining options were diverse, reminiscent of a student hall experience, but the rooms were not very spacious.

The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were ready early and quite spacious for a single room, with good WiFi and a nice shower, but the noise from the entrance and car park could be bothersome. The service was mainly friendly and efficient, especially Eva who sorted out our booking, but there were mixed feelings about returning. The location was appealing but somewhat let down by tired decor and food quality, though it was convenient for various destinations. The dining experience was pleasant, particularly with its proximity to Royal Ascot, although the breakfast hours could be extended. Overall, the cleanliness, staff friendliness, and great breakfast compensated for some shortcomings.
